For the relaunch of Scottish Widows, Lloyds Banking Group, the oldest and most trusted life pension and investment company in the UK, 1984 London joined forces with Advertising Agency 101 London as the brands creative production partner.
Spending over a year delivering integrated ad campaigns with TV, press, outdoor, digital animated billboards, responsive campaign microsites and all Scottish Widows online rich media ads. The ad campaigns were a huge success and in the first week of re-launching the brand, the launch campaign microsite received 150,000+ visits.
The campaign successfully reinvigorated the 200 year old heritage brand which launched its first advertising campaign in 1986 with a TV ad directed by David Bailey!
